Foods to Feed the Face! – A ‘Foodie Facial’
· Foods that condition the skin: honeydew/rockmelon smeared onto face, berries smeared on the face, topped with yoghurt and mixed with honey. Leave for 15 mins and wash off!
· Foods for sensitive skin: yoghurt with wheat germ (high in vitamin E which feeds the face)
· Foods for dry skin: egg yolk mask leave on for 20 mins (ensure there is no allergy), avocado facemask: put avo topically on face monounsaturated fats feed the face.
· Foods for oily skin: egg whites 20 mins then remove (check for allergy)
o Note: these are all-topical but can be taken internally so skin is glowing from the inside out! Lola is more than happy to demonstrate put these ingredients on her or Kim or David’s face!
