I have tired many therapies in my life find that the best results come from sound especially tuning forks. When I need to relax and meditate on to the cd player goes Jonathan Goldman "Holy Harmony" and it works every time. Only because I was at my wits end I agreed to the meeting. One month later all my symptoms have vanished.
